This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and OCBachelorettes.com.

Please read the Agreement carefully before registering with OCBachelorettes.com. By registering, you become a member of OCBachelorettes.com, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms DO NOT REGISTER.

The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.

By registering, you hereby certify that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and that you have provided OCBachelorettes.com with your true and positive identity, address, e-mail address and phone number. Failure to provide OCBachelorettes.com with full and correct information is grounds for immediate termination of OCBachelorettes.com membership and all rights and privileges granted to members. OCBachelorettes.com reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without prior notice for any violation of this agreement or other rules as posted on the OCBachelorettes.com site or for any other reason OCBachelorettes.com deems necessary to protect the health and vitality of the OCBachelorettes.com community.

Either you or OCBachelorettes.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon e-mail notification.

You may not transfer your membership to a third party nor allow any other party to gain access to OCBachelorettes.com through use of your handle (user name) and password.

As a member, you agree to abide by all rules of conduct, such as:

You are solely responsible for the content or information you post or publish on OCBachelorettes.com or otherwise cause to be transmitted to other OCBachelorettes.com members.

You will not post on the OCBachelorettes.com, or transmit to other OCBachelorettes.com members or staff, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

Explicitly sexual material is not permitted. Posting of sexually explicit material is grounds for immediate termination of your membership.

You will use OCBachelorettes.com in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

OCBachelorettes.com reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to remove and/or delete any material it deems inappropriate to the service. This includes information posted in any section of OCBachelorettes.com, such as in forums or in personal profiles. You will not under any circumstance post sexually explicit or sexually revealing, including any form of nudity, photos in your personal profile.

You will not transmit or cause to be transmitted to any OCBachelorettes.com member any advertising of any sort, any chain letters, any virus warnings or any sort of junk e-mail.

Your OCBachelorettes.com e-mail account is to be used exclusively for non-commercial communication. You are not limited to using it for only OCBachelorettes.com-related communication; however, you may only use your account for personal communication. You may not use your account for any sort of bulk e-mailing whether of a commercial or personal nature. Bulk e-mailing means any e-mail containing duplicate content that is sent to more than one person.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other OCBachelorettes.com members. OCBachelorettes.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OCBachelorettes.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of OCBachelorettes.com, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

ONLINE CONTENT. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through OCBachelorettes.com are those of their respective authors and not of OCBachelorettes.com or its staff and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. OCBachelorettes.com owns and retains other proprietary rights to OCBachelorettes.com. The service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information and its licensors. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. You will not transmit or cause to transmit information about other OCBachelorettes.com members, their postings, writings or other related material to any outside party without express written permission of OCBachelorettes.com or the individual member responsible for the posting, information or writing. By posting information, a photograph or content to any public area of OCBachelorettes.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to OCBachelorettes.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER. By joining OCBachelorettes.com, you hereby authorize OCBachelorettes.com to provide your member information to our strategic partners for marketing purposes. OCBachelorettes.com will keep confidential all credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose that information for purposes in which such information was collected, or as required by law.

COMPLAINTS. To resolve a complaint regarding OCBachelorettes.com, you should first contact OCBachelorettes.com customer service through the feedback form found on the OCBachelorettes.com Web site.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. OCBachelorettes.com PROVIDES THE OCBachelorettes.com SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH OCBachelorettes.com OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. OCBachelorettes.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. OCBachelorettes.com does not warrant that your use of the OCBachelorettes.com will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

OCBachelorettes.com DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR, AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO, TELEPHONE SERVICE, INCLUDING COVERAGE, RANGE OR ANY INTERRUPTION IN TELEPHONE SERVICE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OCBachelorettes.com’s LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO OCBachelorettes.com FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP. IN ADDITION, OCBachelorettes.com DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR USERS (INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED USERS, OR "HACKERS") OF OCBachelorettes.com.

STATE-BY-STATE VARIATIONS. Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability may not apply to you.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement is entered into in Orange County, California. You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Orange County, California. This agreement, accepted upon registering for the OCBachelorettes.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and OCBachelorettes.com regarding the use of the service. This agreement may only be amended upon notice by OCBachelorettes.com to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of OCBachelorettes.com. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your membership to the service. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
